Mavix Capital focuses on acquiring great businesses, adding our operational rigor and injecting growth capital to take our investments to the next level.
Nothing is more important than finding a great business that fits our model. We look for established small businesses with a history of financial success. Typically, the current operating team will remain after a transition of ownership or the current owner will retain a piece of the equity and remain involved in the daily operations.
We prioritize businesses located in Charlotte, NC, or those than can be moved to or run from Charlotte. We are not limited by industry and regularly look to diversify our portfolio.

Finding top talent is one thing. Retaining talent is yet another. We believe in creating a culture attracts, retains and breeds exceptional leaders. From how we invest to how we to work to how we pay, it’s all centered around retaining the best talent to operate and growth our portfolio companies.

We believe that we all win together, and we want our leaders to be incredibly well compensated for their talents. All executive leaders retain a meaningful stake in their respective portfolio company, giving them the opportunity to earn outsized compensation for outsized results.

Mavix always provides support, guidance and mentorship to our executive leaders, but we believe in letting them operate their businesses their way.
