4-for-4 Properties is a small, local owner and manager of residential real estate in Central Indiana.  4-for-4 has existed since  2006.  At it’s peak, it owned and managed 47 residential rentals in Central Indiana.  In recent years, the company as sold off investments as residential real estate prices have soared and ROAs dictated that exits were preferable to on-going cash flow.
